Data Protection
Good data governance is key to keeping information accurate, secure, and responsibly used. We clarify everyone’s role in managing data, maintain high standards for data quality, prioritize privacy, and adhere to all relevant regulations. This ensures data is accessible to authorized personnel while safeguarding against unauthorized access, enabling informed decisions and efficient charity operations.
Our GDPR policy ensures compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation, respecting individuals’ privacy rights. We commit to transparency through regular audits and reporting, providing stakeholders with confidence in our data handling. All staff receive comprehensive data protection training, with regular refreshers on best practices and regulatory changes. Our robust risk management framework includes regular assessments, data breach response plans, and continuous monitoring to address issues promptly.
