
Hillingdon Advice Partnership
Hillingdon Advice Partnership is commissioned by Hillingdon Council to provide an Information, Advice, Guidance and Wellbeing Support Service.
Hillingdon Advice Partnership (HAP) offers a single point of access for residents and users in Hillingdon, providing general and tailored information, advice, guidance, and wellbeing support to local people.
The Service offers support to all adults aged over 18, including those with a physical disability, learning disability, diagnosis of autism or ADHD, mental health needs including dementia, as well as adults seeking advice and information.
Hillingdon Advice Partnership is formed of four local Charities – Age UK Hillingdon, Harrow and Brent, Nucleus Legal Advice, Bell Farm and Disability Advice and Support Hillingdon (DASH).
Referrals to the service can be made by individuals, family members, friends, carers, and professionals. To self-refer or make a referral on behalf of someone else, please fill out the form by clicking on the button below, or you can call us on 020 8044 5676 (9am – 5pm Mon to Fri excluding bank holidays).
The service can be delivered via phone, email or face to face based upon assessed need.


Information & Advice
We provide Hillingdon residents over the age of 18 with free, independent advice and information across a wide range of areas, including welfare benefits, housing, finances and debt, care and support needs, and health and wellbeing.
We can also conduct welfare benefits checks to help you access the support you are entitled to.

Financial & Debt Advice
Our confidential service can support you with advice and assistance in a range of areas including managing your finances, debt, and understanding your housing rights.
Our advisers are knowledgeable and compassionate and will assist you to progress your situation, including supporting you to access specialist, external services.

Disability Advice
We offer personalised guidance to help you navigate the complexities of disability-related benefits and support services, ensuring you receive the support you are entitled to.
We may also be able to help you understand and access other services and support to enhance your quality of life.

Community Outreach
We work with a range of partners across Hillingdon to offer community-based services to support individuals and families in need, including advice surgeries and attending events.
Our partners include libraries, community centres and charities.

Health & Wellbeing Advice
We can provide information to support you to access a wide range of activities to improve your overall health and wellbeing, including community activities, walking groups and volunteering opportunities.
